To help me manage my schedule effectively, please review the following guidelines: Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before your appointment are always free—no fees or issues. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $30 fee, as it’s difficult to rebook the slot on short notice. Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 fee, since I am unable to accommodate last-minute changes or fill the time. For any cancellations within 24 hours, I kindly ask that you call me directly at 208-419-8585. If I don't answer, I am with a client, please leave a message! I don’t always check emails or DMs in real time, so a phone call ensures your request is handled promptly. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. This will result in a $50 fee and may lead to restrictions on future online booking privileges. Late Arrivals I understand that traffic and unexpected delays can happen, especially around Idaho Falls. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a late fee, a brief wait (depending on our schedule), or the need to reschedule your appointment.
